I can tell you that's not true. Pep may have had a view but Joe was given a chance, thought he was untouchable and didn't take it.
So we didn't contact barca about tear stegan before Joe reported back to pre season then?

Makes me sad to think he won't be in nets for us again but I trust Pep's judgement on this. Let's face it, he's got pretty much everything right to date!

You show me a goalie who has never made a mistake. There aren't any, it's the nature of the position. But one on one and shot stopping he is better than all in PL except De Gea.

Joe strikes me as a bloke who won't allow our name to be dragged through the mud. Even though BT were prodding, he didn't want to get involved..
I can think back to the fury he expressed when balotelli was being a dick, the after match interviews when he knew certain players weren't pulling their weight etc.

Watching Hart's interview brought a tear to my eyes and I'm not a mard arse. I felt for the lad. Been a top guy for us, and in an ideal world, most would like him to stay. However when my head kicks in and fucks my heart off, I realise that it's time to go Joe. Been a pleasure. :/
