After many of the shit inept performances of last season, we couldnt wait for PEP to come in and sort us out, well he didnt say it would be painless

He got Eto'o<>Ibrahimovic wrong, and giving in to the Bayern players wanting to play the Heynkess way...he might get this wrong but he'll get far more right
I was referring to what Pep has done since taking over here rather than in his past.
I like what he has done in identifying weak links and respect his determination to make hard decisions. It is clear he knows how upset a number of City fans will be at Hart leaving but he genuinely believes he is going the right thing. Gotta admire the guy for that.

The only reason I can think that this is not what is/will happen is that Joe has refused to stay if not No1.

Has he actually said that? Not sure anybody has said anything at all really?

Is there any chance Joe could stay as number 2, play domestic cup games and for 1 season learn off Pep and Bravo and master the style and skills that Pep demands. Back as number 1 next season as a better all round keeper and play for another 10 seasons winning everything there is to win?

Doubt it.
