Thanks for the memories Joe. I had a great day when I presented you with this Player of the month award. Seeing you and my hero VK was fantastic. You were so nice to me when I was practically a gibbering wreck after meeting VK, you said you understood because he was a great guy.

He did his job well for us but the time for his deptaure came and went.

Thank you for everything Joe, but it's time to Cut this turd loose so to speak

Highest paid Burnley players around 30/40k per week...

Even with taking a cut cant see Hart going there for 50k or less.

Worst thing for him would be now if he couldnt even hold the first team goalkeeper role at Burnley. For Burnley too as that would mean highest paid Burnley player is a GK sub on bench.
Yeah but £50k is not much these days for PL clubs regardless. Thats £2.5m a year. Surely Burnley's top earner earns more than that?

Every blue I know who has met Joe has had nothing but good things to say.

Add to this being an integral part of two championship and 1 FA Cup winning sides
Anyone who doubts his contribution should look at the fact that he won 4 Golden Glove awards in 5 years during this period, as well as being voted into the PFA team of the year by his peers & being clearly established as England's number 1.

He clearly has lost form/confidence and doesn't fit Pep's system anyway...but there's been a lot of revisionism about Hart IMO that unfairly overlooks his stellar part in our rise.

Good luck Joe - a week ago today in Miami I got to say to him ''thanks for everything you did for us'' and he replied ''what did you think of Morrissey's last album?''
Never realised how tall he is! And I'm 5 ft 10

Not according to my burnley fan mates? apparently robbie bradys on £35k a week their highest earner? prob hence why they’re struggling to sign players?

+ 1 a bit like some people went on about my absolute City hero Richard Dunne. Not going to hijack Joe's thread but both of them, Dunnie in front of course :-) were City through and through.

Will never ever forget Joe's reaction when Stoke's last chance went sailing hide and wide in the 2011 FA Cup Final. His reaction summed up what we were all feeling! Best wishes, Joe.

I think its the same for most of us, wish him well and hope he regains some of his form going into the next few seasons well except against us.

Met joe when they were flying out to Chicago and he was superb with my 7 year old boy. Photo, asked him about him supporting city etc. by far the most chatty and nice towards a kid who we met at the airport. I wish him nothing but the best, he’s one of the players I will always look back on as a driving force behind our change and first league title.
