I love joe hart to bits but the last few games he has started to annoy me abit. Like when the camera moves across the line of players before the match gets underway he has started pulling that stupid face. I just want to see him look abit more focused.

me too, he's trying to be a 'lad' the whole time isn't he - making pals with the rags , protecting them from fans, pulling stupid faces and generally trying to be a goody goody down to earth type bloke. yes, it can't be easy being england's number 1 with all the attention it brings, but i prefer the david silva type players who just turn up, do their job and we don't hear about them all over the tabloids

How do you know he was socialising. He was sat next to him. Doesn't mean he chose to be. I've not been able to organise who I'm sat next to at any gig, cinema, restaurant etc before.

Players are entitled to a social life,and i respect that.It was cringe-worthy for me seeing him sat next to Ferdinand on the X Factor,only for the fact i cant stand him because he takes the piss out of us at any opportunity.

am i the only one who thinks joe isnt all he's cracked up to be? this isnt just based on today. yes he has some absolutely blinding moments like vs spurs 2 seasons ago, vs dortmund etc. but personally think he's not the player people make him out to be, he's a solid keeper, not much more than that though, still makes a lot of mistakes

Your right IMO however the one thing that I think still makes Joe a #1 is the fact that he gains far more points for the team over a season than he gives away.
I think we notice because he one of the few world class keepers that do give points away.
