Guidetti, 21, was targeted by former boss Brendan Rodgers last year but a loan deal fell through.
Guidetti, who has made just one senior appearance for City, has never the less hugely impressed on various loans but is aware that his chances of securing a place in the first team is limited.
Swansea boss Michael Laudrup would like to bring in a new striker, but has been told to trim the wage bill which suggests that any approach would be for a loan move
But how many games would he play competing with Michu, Bony, Lita and Moore?Dunne's own goal said:FantasyIreland said:Swansea are running the rule over Manchester City’s young striker John Guidetti, after failing in their bid to sign free agent Franco Di Santo.

as far as Prem teams go Swansea would probably be the ideal choice
