you mean like sterling last year ??? the majority of english players get absolutely slated by the media. sterling, stones, kane, barkley have all been ripped to pieces. i say give stones time and give him a good keepers and defence around him.

Is gifting goals to opposition the way to bring up English players? He is not ready for Pep's style and team right now.

thats not really true is it. delph has toure, silva and fernandino around him. and if what your saying is true then we could buy a league one player along as there surrounded by good players. stones has the quality to be a great player for us. the whole team isn't playing well though.

He started well but is now the same player who wasn't good enough for Everton. Ok when things are going well.

Delph isn't a starter and didn't cost 47.5mil

Look at Lescott for example..Looked awesome for us alongside Vinny and behind Barry/De Jong/Yaya..Wasn't because he was amazing himself
