It's absolutely clear that Txiki works with the managers to try & get the players they want. Otamendi, Bony etc are down to Pellegrini, Stones Bravo etc are Guardiola.

This is true. Stones wasn't good enough for Everton. But you would have to think he will become at least a very good cb, which right now, he isn't.
