I reckon Pep thought he could turn him into best CB in the world, I suspect he still does.

He’s not afraid to make a tackle and is playing aggressively now. Coming along beautifully from my POV. A couple of those tackles were just beautiful to watch.

He reminds me of camel gob in the way he plays. If he ends up as good as camel gob then we have our main centre half sorted for the next decade.
