It's Walkers fault but the natural reaction of a centre back, when that ball gets played forward is to drop and cover. It's quite worrying that Stones didn't move.

Exactly my point. Both CB's can't be stood on the halfway line when their forward is running at our fullback. It just leaves a clear run on the GK.

Not his fault but not for the first time lack of postional awareness.

He's very, very similar to the likes of Walker, Kun, Sterling and Sane in the sense that he either puts in great performances or absolute wank performances. There doesn't seem to be any middle ground with him where he puts in consistent 7/10 performances for a sustained period.

Same player as last season at the moment , same tentative play and lack of confidence , he needs to buck his ideas up and quick or he wont be playing many games and he will be sat with Joe Hart waving the World Cup sqaud off at Heathrow , cant' understand how a hamstring injury and eight weeks out have affected him so much , he was possibly the best defender in the country until October .
