John Stones

One is english, young, and full of potential, and playing at a club that is suddenly trying to up their game with big signings making stones far more valuable to everton...bony is unwanted by city and that is pretty evident.

Also regarding stones last year...once again, they had a manager on his last legs. This works both ways if its a good enough excuse for bony.

Exactly my point.

It works both ways. Bony should be worth good money.

Depends what he was shopping for

Could mean something if it was for a luxury penthouse apartment
i'd be surprised if he didn't live over this way anyway. For one, Liverpool is a shit hole and two he's a Yorkshire lad so will probably be closer to home living around the Manchester area.

Everton have got barnsley in a pre-season friendly at the weekend. If he's back off his holidays then why hasn't he joined up with Everton? I am sure he would have stayed away on holiday until the last moment and then returned when he was ready to train with Everton. Sounds to me like he is just waiting for the go-ahead to join City.

Sterling and Hart aren't back with us yet are they?

You are having a laugh, hat put Bony at 15 mill, he is 26/27 at his peak and has a great goal scoring record. Even for City his record isn't bad for the starts he had and in and out of the team. You are basically labelling him half as good as troy deaney. He didn't have the greatest season but he doesn't really suit the way we play. He was always a big threat against us and we should be looking for 30 mill minimum

What we should be looking for and what is realistic considering how many players WE HAVE TO SELL is very different.

I was having this exact discussion with my old man yesterday about bony. Said i'd have him at stoke for what we were reportedly paying for berahino, IF that deal didn't come off.

So a genuinely unbias amateur valuation for free. £16m. :)

Everton want to keep stones that makes him worth top dollar to them...that and he's young, talented, full of promise, in demand, etc etc etc.

Unfortunately for city bony is none of those things and the management want him off the books. Bony is worth something, good money is questionable.

Personally I'd avoid going to a huge city where im currently heavily linked to and where I'm bound to attract a ton of attention for the time being. Unless you know, the deal is sealed and I'm house hunting and have nothing to hide

Or you want to shop somewhere where your car won't be on bricks when you get back.

In fairness, I'm not sure Liverpool even has a Primark, so that might explain why he had to travel.

But Stones wants to leave (again) which would lower his valuation as an unhappy player is neither use nor ornament.

Bony is talented and just because he doesn't fit our system and some fans want him gone doesn't mean that other clubs don't covet him.
