He seems to miss a few games. Is he another VK in the making?

Cut our losses with Mangala, and bring in this kid. Kompany+Otamendi for a starter, and Stones+Denayer for the future.
Stones wouldn't come to sit on the bench, and for what we'd have to pay to prise him from Everton we'd be daft not to play him. Remember they already turned down nearly £40m from Chelsea in the summer. If we can't keep Vinny fit for more than two or three games in a row it'd be more likely Stones would replace him. But he's not as good as a fully fit Vinny, so in effect we'd be weakening the team for about £50m!

Correct. Buy him once Vinnies gone for a few more quid.

Comfortable on the ball, rarely goes flying into challenges or long slide tackles, comfortable with both feet and bringing the ball out into midfield and passing both short and long.What are Stones strengths & weaknesses and how could he fit into our possession, passing style?
Weakness, not physically the strongest CB nor the most comfortable in the air.
I think he will really develop into a fine CB, if we didn't have Denayer then im sure we would be all over it.
