Have you not read it correctly.£35M is the start price with add ons which could be fairly near their asking (or so we are lead to believe) price of £50M.I can't see Everton accepting anything less than £50m. they would look stupid if they sold him for less than what Chelsea offered last year

I'd give them no more than £30m with your mobility scooter included as a performance related add on.
