My point was and is the people above the manager ( txixi ) have a 5 year plan and players they have in mind. They have 2 or 3 in every position and look at the youngsters as well. The manager / coach is consulted as to THEIR targets as to whether he can work with him etc.

Coaches such as pep rarely instigate a lead, that's what the scouting network is being payed for

I'm sorry but the thought that pep managing Bayern gave a list to txixi is wrong. He may have agreed Kdb was a good buy, but to sit in Bayern pulling the strings is wrong

It's well documented that Pep and Txixi speak several times a week prior to Pep being here as our manager. They both have said it and that they are very good friends. What do you supose the bulk of their conversations are about ?

Shorts it's as though some people have their own ideas and that is fine. I'm saying I know from city themselves what it is about ( over the last 5 years or so )

Look at signings under Mancini and pellers that is my point, yes pep is a pal, but, the strict policy of buying is down to the upper management, city today have 3 players in mind for every spot in our team , maybe 5. Don't be kidded. Look at our recent purchase history. Pep is game and he will give his opinion but he doesn't pass a napkin, that's all I am saying

Aye, add to that the meeting between Pep and Gundogans agent (uncle). If Pep doesn't get involved there was no need for him to go to Netherlands to meet him.

Signings under Pellers and Mancini have no reflection on the current manager and his influence on transfer policy. A manager who we have courted for five years, a manager who is getting paid astronomical sums, a manager that many say is the best in the business and a manager whose philosophy (sorry) is paralel to his friend and our football director.

To suggest that his influence on transfers is comparable to that of Mancini and Pellegrini just cannot be correct. It's blindingly obvious.

Cool...... Who told you 3 years ago unequivocally that he was coming to our great club.......? Pep the messiah was coming to little old city? Sorry shorts to be short with you, but I am sick of questions and shite on here. I called it and everyone said I was talking shite. Leave me alone and talk it on the main form pal

If you get an in at city and a proper insight into the inner workings then I would love to hear from you pal, pm me that would be fine
