Re: John Terry

Right I know you're not going to believe me, but you're going to have to trust me on this....

I got a phone call last night from someone who claims that John Terry has already signed for City!!!

It's his window cleaner, to be more accurate, he just cleans one of his neighbours windows, but anyway, his Wife is a teacher at the school Terry's kids go to and she listens to playground gossip...

...and according to Billy Birchim, who's in the same year, Terry is a closet blue and has secretly always wanted to play for us and that's why we've put in this surprise bid!!

He'll do anything to get out of his contract with Chelsea and would quite happily pay the transfer fee himself!!!

I especially like this quote

move from his "beloved" Chelsea to the filthy-rich wannabes at Eastlands

Just to set them straight we arn't filthy rich wannabes, we are filthy rich, in fact the richest club in the world.

whats the overall consensus of opinion would Terry be a good signing?
he's the most nausiating player in the world as far as i am concerned, would rather us buy Rio!!!

Good English defender but limited in the modern game IMO of the current ones in the prem Vidic is the one i would go for for the following reasons :-

not yet seen as Mr United
would not have to move
yonger than Terry
better distribution of the ball
cheeper to buy
would rearly piss united off

Sorry if you think I'm a WUM but I'm really not I've been reading these boards for a while now I just haven't bothered to make an account until I got that call before, now I'm not saying Terry isn't definitely coming or anything I'm just relaying the info I was given but a lot of people have said the some sort of thing along the same lines so we'll see.

I'm not claiming to be ITK or anything and I wouldn't have gone to the effort of writing that post if I was a WUM, we'll see anyway, it might not happen but here's hoping.

What post was this exactly?? If it is possible without revealing your source/sources why do you think JT will be a city player this season?? Cheers.

EDit: Apologies I have just seen ur post.
