Little Johnny enters the classroom and the teacher says "Little Johnny - you're late!"

Little Johnny replies "Yeah my dad got burned"

Teacher, appalled, moans "That's terrible. Are you all right?"

Little Johnny "Yeah. They don't fuck about at the crematorium."
