He's not invisible though is he? He will be subject to restrictions as a sex offender and so subject to visits and regulation. He will be invisible if his identity is revealed though, he will go underground and then nobody will be able to try and monitor him and he will be able to do god knows what because he will have been free from restriction, monitoring, visits from Probation etc.
Why people persist in demanding this wreched 'person's' identity is known is beyond me. How thick must people be to want that?
The true reason is because they want someone to identify and kill him.
Any other reason does not stand up to any sensible scrutiny whatsoever, for it would be a completely self-defeating exercise that would only put other people, especially kids, at risk.
The only way to effectively supervise this fucker and keep him from hurting another human being is to a. have him in prison (which he should be for longer given that this is now his second conviction for iioc) and b. keep his identity anonymous and secret so that the relevant authorities can do their best at monitoring him
