Plenty of rags still rate him highly,i'd think they were in a better position to judge.Any signing has an element of a gamble.....but Evans ? C'mon guys this is not real. I have yet to find any City fan outside of this forum who thinks it would be a good signing.

I'll reiterate that if Pep wants him, that's okay with me. My opinion has nothing to do with his previous club. I'm unsure as to whether he can handle the level of pressure he would find here or at another side contending at the top level. Some players flourish at certain levels of spotlight. He's never impressed me on that front, but perhaps he's matured more than I realize.

Like Sigursson to Everton for 45m when Nasri is available for around 15m
Sigurdsson is a better, more consistent player who has a far superior attitude and workrate. Everton are after other club's best players and not just their cast offs.
