Pep is that good that you should trust him. So if he asked you to jump out of a window you could be sure he has planned ahead and told Wayne Rooney to go and stand below it to act as a cushion under the pretext a 60 year old blonde is jumping.

He can’t be any worse than Mangala, who is a complete liability. We need to get shot of him asap, but need a ‘back up CB’ (see how many games Managala has played recently).
We will also need a new No3 CB in the summer to replace Kompany, and provide competition/cover for Stones and Otamendi - this will be the ‘elite’ signing (stil think it will be Alderwereld personally as he enters the last year of his contract) - then Evans drops to No4

I kind of agree but the problem Is, there'll be plenty that don't, and that will be waiting for him to make a mistake. There'll possibly even be growns from many when his name is announced in the line-up or as he comes on as a sub. So, whether or not Pep believes in his abilities, a defender with with the crowd on his back will be just as a liability as Mangala.
I just hope you'e right about Alderwereld.
