If the Chelsea stories are true then Napoli planned this from the start and we couldn’t have known. They have strung this out so long it could be that they we were waiting for Sarri all along.

It seemed like an agreement was reached a few days ago so it’s strange that there is STILL no signature unless that was all an invention too.

Napoli are shrewd negotiators. I just hope it’s bullshit....usually is.

If Napoli wanted to be nice and gift Sarri and Chelsea one of their top talents they wouldn’t be looking to extort them for €16M more than the release clause or suggesting he also sign some sort of gentleman’s agreement to not target other top talents from the squad.

We could always make the player sign at gunpoint. FFS you are truly unreal.
When did I say let's force players to join ? I said we should try to minimizes unnecessary risks in order to sign the player as soon as possible before giving other clubs a chance to change their mind. What's wrong in that ?

Because you know absolutely nothing of how our transfer negotiations are carried out or of the complexity of those negotiations.

And how do you know that we don't minimise unnecessary risks in order to sign the player as soon as possible ?

And if the player's mind is changed by the offers from other clubs, it only shows that the player wasn't sufficiently committed to signing for us. That being the case then the club will move on to sign somebody who meets the requirements of our management team and who does want to sign for us.

Which bit of the above are you failing to understand ?

let me ask you do you think having a player agreed and the contract done Instead of signing him then letting him leave we let him have a 2 week holiday giving other clubs a chance to sign him. Or not willing to pay a smaller fee and telling the player to wait till the summer giving other clubs the chance to sign him. Don't u think we could've done better ?

Your looking at in a really black and white way a player can be fully committed but if depend on that and try to use it to our advantage in negotiations then take too long he could get fed up and he and the club agree a deal with another club. None of these players are city fans they see us as a good opportunity but if another one comes they will be open to it.

Ofcourse we don't know how complex transfers can be or how simple they can be each case is different but just because of that it doesn't make the club immune to any criticism other wise we can't critisize anything about the club.

Conte brother saying he is staying at Chelsea for one more season so very much doubt jorginho going to give up such a big chance on joining us a on a maybe his old boss may get the job at the last minute.

So wait for something to go wrong before you criticise yes?

Please knock it on the head. You don’t know what’s happening or why. It’s getting tedious trying to get you to understand that things don’t work the way you want them to. Stop believing every report you read.

3 league titles in 6 years: league cups; record breakers in almost every aspect of premier league football. I really think our management know better than you.

Who do you work for Man City, Napoli or maybe Jorginho's agent? Or are you just a Mr No Nothing who reads News Now and picks out news reports, reads them as gospel and then regurgitates them on here as facts

Unless you do work for the aforementioned then you have absolutely no idea who we want to sign, how the negotiations, if any, are conducted and what the state of those negotiations, if any, are at therefore to criticise any one party in those negotiations, if any, shows you to be a complete and utter numpty

Very few players in the world won’t get nervous after what is now about two months of transfer negotiations. They want to make sure they get their move to the next level and they’re entitled to wonder if it’s worth the risk waiting for us. That’s human nature and it doesn’t mean they don’t want us.

He hasn't been waiting for 'a' move.

He's been looking forward to moving to City. Sanchez would have got his move. Alves would have got his move. Mahrez will get his move & Jorginho will get his, if they play along.

If suddenly they see something else they fancy, they won't have to ask us to hurry up as City will tell them to fuck right off & we won't miss either.

It would be their loss.
