I think he'll get a place in the 25 to be honest, he's had a lot of game time, scored goals and looked like our most creative player - we certainly need more players who can conjure something out of nothing!

I think he would be more suited playing in the hole or at the tip of the diamond as his strongest qualities seem to be his technique, dribbling, vision and ability to keep the ball.

What you think?

He's looked decent in pre-season. If Bellamy goes; Tevez, Ade, Jo, Silva, Johnson? Looks a good enough group on paper.

I think if he knuckles down and works for his place then he's got as good a chance as anyone really. He seems to have adopted a new attitude to his career at City and I hope he gets his reward for it. It would be a brilliant success story if he came back and scored a load of goals for us, but we'll see what happens.

I think there are several City fans who have acknowledged him scoring and the effort he is putting in now, but the pre-season and the premiership are two seperate things and I don't know he'd get on. He'd be a bit of an unknown quantity to be fair. If he gets his act together though, he'll get the support. Given the direction of the club, joining Real Sociedad would be the easy way out for him and it'd be sacrificing achieving things in the game. I'd like him to fight for his place until January and if he's not happy with the game time he's getting then we can review his circumstances in the January transfer window.

This!!!! What are you on. Jo is one of the worst buys in city history, just because he played ok in the past few games is nothing. He has poor control, A very poor finisher with little or no pace. Very average is the best that can be said. We have world class strikers at city we dont need another samaras, get rid while he is looking good in pre season while we still have a chance of getting something for him

Jo has a bit fat zero of a chance of getting in the 25, that with drop into the minus if mario signs

he's only playing because RSC and Tevez arent there

theres only one route for Jo and thats the door, he's had his chance and blew it

he has played alright vs ok teams

but hes such an average player

we should sell him we could get around 10mill for him

He will come good he is only 22, I say give him that spot. We will have 4 top class strikers Tevez, Balloteli, Adebayor and Jo.

I dont knw what the poster is talking about in terms of technique, his goal was full of technique. With the right supply and right mentoring this guy can be the king of tap in and linking up play.

Give him time guys, players are not like toys that we throw around. If you expect loyal players we need to be loyal fans.

Jo is right up there with the worst players I've ever seen in a blue shirt. Would love him to prove me wrong, yet I just can't see it.
