Balotelli is 19, so if he signs he won't have to be in the 25 man squad as he's under 21. Jo didn't score many goals, but in his fist season he started out alright, he linked play well and I remember him being one of our best players when we spanked Portsmouth 6-0.
He's never going to be world class, but he offers a bit of presence when Adebayor is injured and I would have him over Santa Cruz every day of the week - pound for pound the worst player in City history.
