Yep it all started at Madrid where he poisoned everything and it's been that way ever since, he was an absolute disgrace in the Europe League final last season.

He can shithouse his way to a League cup or a Europa League, of course he'll last two and half years at most before the players get sick and tired of his methods and style and he inevitably gets sacked but I can see Newcastle getting him out of desperation to finally win them a trophy.
