In the absence of anything else happening on this thread, the burek is worthy of discussion. Worked briefly in Croatia and used to love a cheese burek. Not the healthiest thing in the world but would set you up for the day ahead. Can't buy them near me but I think you can get them in Manchester.

yeah i’d say healthy isn’t a priority here. it’s bakeries and bars wherever you go. not much love for avocados and quinoa.
