He was already at Zagreb. Leipzig bought him but let him play out the season in Zagreb before joining them.

They are probably talking to each other to thrash out a mutually acceptable deal which could be on the brink of fruition at which point a bid will be made and accepted.

He is the best all around footballer moving in this window. Better among his peers than Bellingham is among his. Miles better than Rice, Mount, Caicedo, Mac Allister, Harvertz, Szoboszlai...unless Mbappe decides to move. I'm not considering guys going to Saudi or MLS who aren't relevant for his discussion.
