It seems you don't understand the difference between a second striker and an attacking midfielder.
It seems you didn't see Hazard play for Lille as a secondary striker pretty much all year for Lille the season before he came to Chelsea. They often play in the same areas and have similar attributes, of course they can be easily compared.
