Jones is a strange one as he clearly has ton of ability, and doesn't seem to have a bad attitude at all from the outside, but just clearly plays within his shell when he gets a game for them in the Premier League. No, I don’t think they would. My point was of general application, arguing against the idea that such an agreement was not possible. I’m pretty sure that the Liverpool fans who say he has signed one are wrong. What is worrying is the reports that his dad favours Liverpool. KDB was a Liverpool fan growing up, and very few players pick a team, esp as an adult with the whole world beating down their door, based on who they or anyone else supports.

That said, he literally strolls into their midfield and becomes the first name on the team sheet. That’s not happening here!

If Pep really wants him, I assume they will pull out all the stops to get him, but no one bends Txiki over. Too many high quality players around at half the price for that, but we’ll push the boat out IF he is the right player AND PERSONALITY to add to the first team squad.

He will be nurtured here. He will be flogged to death at Klanfield!

Interesting thought but I suspect it was a best financial deal on offer.
Cant see saka leaving arsenal. Similar to reece james he is the face of the club and the academy. Arsenal will eventually pay him 250k pw or whatever he wants which is same as james and foden

When we play 2 up front Alvarez will be a striker, as we have only just started playing 1 striker, I'll wait before proclaiming Alvarez as only a striker and not any position along the front three.
