Jude Bellingham

I’m more excited at the prospect of Foden playing in midfield than I am of signing Bellingham.

For years, everyone has seen this talent from our Academy in midfield, the star of the U17 World Cup in midfield, our long-term David Silva replacement in midfield (and the reason we haven’t signed anyone to replace DSilva), Pep saying he just needs time to adjust his game before he eventually plays in midfield… and now we’re trying to not play him in midfield and sign someone for £150m who doesn’t look as good as him to play there instead of him?

Very weird behaviour.
How’s it weird behaviour? Currently we have three players for two positions (KDB, Gundo, Bernardo) and not one of them players are part of our long-term future either due to age or due to desire to leave. Sure, Foden can replace one of them, but the others still need replacing too in the near future.

Or Bellingham replaces gundo and Foden replaces Bernardo….could be why were being linked to a winger.
Yeah I wouldn’t mind this at all. I actually think this is probably the best scenario we could hope for. I know Bernardo is brilliant, but he’s going to be 29 next summer and Gundo will be 33. Replace those two with a 23 and 20 year old and we’re set for the next decade. Sign a fast, direct winger to complement Haaland and that’s the birth of a new City team.

Sounds plausible, but whether a bid of such significance is received, I would not know.

Might be Liverpool going for broke.
If it's an 'immoral offer', it must be us, Newcastle or PSG. No idea what they link is, but there appears to be an issue with our money.

No way Liverpool would make such an offer, as they can't compete and Klopp wouldn't pay big fees for players even if he could as he'd rather find bargains. Miracle worker that bloke, finding players with just the Coutinho money and the candle sales to use.
