Or was that a different saga?…

For those who actually feel Fabrizio is a serious journalist, you honestly believe Dortmund are selling Bellingham for €100mil + add ons??
Enzo went for €120
Anthony €100
Nunez €100
To think that Dortmund would accept anything less than €130 guaranteed in todays market is laughable.
That €100 seems so low that it reeks of “We had an agreement and then Big Bad City came in with their money to outbid us.” Not saying that will happen or is the case here, but it’s a step Madrid 100% will take if they feel they lost out on a player.
This was literally a month ago too. The guaranteed money just randomly goes down €30mil.
Didn't Utd/Sancho try that?Bellingham has 2 years remained on his contract, he can just tell Dortmund he isn't going anywhere but Madrid
Sell me now, or I will run my contract and leave for free or much cheaper price next summer.
or gets £££ from big clubs to appease a certain fan baseA cynic might think he just makes stuff up
Didn't Utd/Sancho try that?
Seem to remember Dortmund kept him and got their asking price the following summer
Of course he can. I was merely pointing out that Dortmund don't tend to bend over, and are prepared to risk losing money if they don't get their asking priceRight, that can happen.
Bellingham can wait, he is still 19 and can join Madrid for free when he is 21.

Can see your point and how that could effect negotiations, but things can drastically change in 1-2 years for all parties.Bellingham has 2 years remained on his contract, he can just tell Dortmund he isn't going anywhere but Madrid

PerspectiveTBH I don’t think anyone is arsed ATM or anymore.
We’ve got the CL ticket farce on-going, we’ve got the Harlem Globe Trotters in the FA Cip final next week, and we’ve got probably the biggest game in the clubs history in 2 weeks time in the CL final, which could also secure the treble.
As far as I’m concerned, if he signs great, if he doesn’t, so be it. We’ll try and pursued Gundo and Bernardo to stay and go again. If they don’t stay, we’ll sign 2 other world class midfield players.
Lol, more perspective.![]()

Absolute chancer. Even a clock is right twice a day.
Fact!Foden into midfield… he’s better than Belligham, Rice and MacAllister
One tweet and it would be another 3000 pages ;-)
I miss when transfers weren't done all over social media. The Mbappe one personally broke me so now I just get happy with whomever ha. Also if the fees weren't so ridiculously stupid expensive it wouldn't be so nerve racking either. Thanks Florentino etc -_-Never expected him at City, still don't, and I'm totally relaxed he won't be here.
Appears we’re still stuck on the the first stage of the five stages of grief in here. Pure denial. A bit embarrassing.
Fab is a total bellend and everyone can agree on that. It’s insanely unlikely he is making this up out of thin air
JB22?One thing that we've learnt over the last 6/7 years in particular is that we have the best in the business of football in place at our beloved club. The Sheikh, the Chairman, Pep, the backroom staff, and most importantly a squad of players that constantly evolves to be THE team that every other club, fan, chairman, and player aspires to be.
We only accept the best of those that want to be a part of this extraordinary club. There may be a few that we believe we can elevate to meet our standards. that's football, and we give them a fair try to do so. We rarely make mistakes.
Whatever may be, and whoever we sign to wear the shirt next season, one thing remains. They will make a difference or be a better player for working with Pep and move on to pastures new.
Don't forget, Jude is what 19 years old ? He may end up here this Summer, he may not. One thing is certain. City will be the dominant force and all others will be striving to be like us, managers will copy Pep, owners will copy our model but few will get the better of us.
I'd love Jude to join us, whether that be now or when he's 23/24. I'm patient. If he doesn't join, we can't force him, but I believe that he'll end up here one day if he truly wants to make the most of his undoubted potential.
Over to you JB22
