We have brokered with him and his family.

If he's going to Madrid, then they have come right over the top of us in terms of price and terms.

Same happened with Alexis Sanchez, but I would prefer to wait right now, because until City say otherwise, we remain at the table.

We tend to do okay with our second tier choices..

Wanted Alexis, got Mahrez
Wanted Maguire, got Dias
Wanted Kane, got Haaland

Rice is much better at stopping counter attacks anyways which is our weakness.

I wouldn't worry about it too much..
Just put your legs up, drink a beer and chill!

If Bellingham has chosen Madrid rather than City at this late stage, he's likely given them something more concrete than the yes he also gave to us early this year.

Maybe he shouted yes rather than just nodded like he did with us? Don't know why he'd want the 22 shirt at Real. Currently worn by Rudiger and before that Isco who only managed 5 CL titles and 3 La Liga's in the time he flopped there when he should have joined City. Much bigger challenge to try and fill Richard Dunne's boots.
