Jude Bellingham

No idea, but I'm fairly sure if we'd got him Pep would have a role for him and he'd be very good in it.Think he'd have been an excellent Gundogan replacement.
Yes maybe, but Pep would have had to sort him out first, change his rather petulant attitude, and re-orientate him to a team view rather than a selfish view.
The question remains: could Bellingham do that? He has not shown any leadership qualities, not a patch on Gundog.

Completely agree attitude wise, I'm just talking ability. If he had come to us he'd need the attiude / team member part sorting out, but guess we will never know now that ship is long gone.

Under Pep maybe he would.

Ancelotti is a great manager but his team are a pack of shithhouses and he encourages it. Every bit as bad as Atletico Madrid, in fact I prefer Atletico because at least they kind of own it.

So he's a young player that has gone to a club with a shithouse style and there's no influence at that club to stop him being that way. Had Pep got hold of it 19 year old version of Bellingham, there's a big chance it would be a different story because he would have a massive influence over him to keep his ego in check and to actually play rather than fall over looking for fouls.

Yeah, at least Atletico are not sneaky about their shithousery, it's all upfront.

But as for Bellingham, had we secured him he would have been Leroy MkII!

What? you don't think so ,then who because if not him then that is the type of player we want, which is obvious from the types of players we have been linled with since he chose Madrid. Obviously you may think I'm saying Bellingham is the same as Gundogan but that will because you haven't read my post properly.
