This claim is wild and invalid. Some of our defenders have been a bit of a let down in some respects but the vast majority are well beyond being shite as you claim. Two of those earmarked to leave Ottimendi and Stones have done their bit even if in the case of Stones his career looks like it is stuck in the sand. Mendy has suffered serious injury but he can still put in a shift Cancelo looks like he may come good and was excellent for Portugal recently. Ake has played only one game and while his performance was encouraging we will have to wait until April to offer a verdict. Individually and collectively we under performed in defence last season but that was down to a lot more than having a load of shite to pick from.Bad because Aké looked competent immediately. We have been signing shite at the back and its held us back, especially in Europe
If we are about to sign him let's hope he doesn't pick up a serious injury.Koundé will play as we have failed to agree a fee before today. Pray and hope he doesn't get injured, otherwise all this time wasted. Yes I know despite him being very good already, he is being signed for long term but we also need top class right sided CB now.
If it's close or within a day or 2 doubt he'd play.If we are about to sign him let's hope he doesn't pick up a serious injury.

How good or bad our defence looks can also depend on the opposition. First half against Wolves, they were more passive, we looked very comfortable. Second half they really had a go, and our defence looked a lot more vulnerable. We also can't judge a player on one game, remember Mangala.Bad because Aké looked competent immediately. if we do panic i hope we throw 70m on upamecanoIt would be a typical City thing for him to pick up an injury, then we panic and City sign Rugani
In no world will we sign Rugani, a player Juve have been desperate to rid off for 2 seasons. Barely their 5th choiceIt would be a typical City thing for him to pick up an injury, then we panic and City sign Rugani

I'm so out of the loop. Isn't Rugani a good player? For that fee why wouldn't we be all over it can't say as I've seen anywhere previously here or elsewhere suggesting we were linked/ rumored etc.Glad it's tuttosport, was worried for a sec. They link us to Juve players quite frequently every now and then.
He's 26, aside a loan spell he's been at Juve since start of his career. Never been a regular, and now 5th choice behind De Ligt, Demiral, Bonucci and Chiellini. Decent ball playing centre half but I'd stay well clear, it's a very risky signing to be aiming for given his lack of experience and gameplay time (also once he seemed like playing a bit regularly knee injuries stalled his progress). So yeah, big no for meI'm so out of the loop. Isn't Rugani a good player? For that fee why wouldn't we be all over it can't say as I've seen anywhere previously here or elsewhere suggesting we were linked/ rumored etc.
One thing we dont do is panicIt would be a typical City thing for him to pick up an injury, then we panic and City sign Rugani
Think €12m goes to his previous club so the fee they’re looking at is €48m, deduct any other bonuses, salaries over the year, etc. The profit margin is eaten somewhat. If €60m is not a significant amount in Covid time I don’t know what is.
Especially considering they bought him a year ago for €25m.
Cheers TxikiOne thing we dont do is panic
I believe the 20% to Bordeaux is only up to €45m. Still €9m though and the general point is perfectly valid.Think €12m goes to his previous club so the fee they’re looking at is €48m, deduct any other bonuses, salaries over the year, etc. The profit margin is eaten somewhat.
I think it’ll be topped up with bonuses, some achievable, some more creative.
