If we beat Newcastle, let's say 1-0 and the rags lose 1-0.
Technically speaking, we still need a point at qpr?

We'd have to lose against QPR and they would have to win 11-0 away to Sunderland. I think.

Would depend on how many qpr beat us by.

This is what Champions are made of.

Just imagine if the position were to be reversed and the Rags had to do what we need to do. It would be a knocking bet they'd win at Newcastle on Sunday.
You could put your house on it.

That's what we have to do. Nothing less.
Treat it like a Cup Final, because in reality we all know that's what it is.
Don't mention anything like 'treat like a Cup Final'. Last time Mancini done that we got fucked over.

True, I'd forgotten that.

IF we beat Newcastle, then the title is ours! Simple as that!

With Manure playing after us on Sunday, their performance, whether good or bad, will be driven by the result at St. James'.

The QPR match is a given, irrespective of whether they still need to win to stay up or not because the pure emotion and passion coming down from the stands will simply blow them away... I'm not even thinking about the crowd and the atmosphere of the day until Sunday's match is out of the way...

A win and the title is ours...anything else and we've blown it at the final hurdle because any slip up and Manure won't let it slip... no chance! They'll beat Swansea and if they need to win at Sunderland in the knowledge they have won the league, they will do...

So, come on City, one more match next Sunday... it's this years Cup Final!!

Whilst it is clearly the key game, We will still have to beat QPR.

There is no doubt that we will be big favourites but we still have to go out and do it.

Dont get too carried away until it is impossible for us not to win the league.

Absolutely spot on. Think back to Sunderland - anything can happen. I will be a hell of a lot more confident if we do beat Newcastle, but we need to maintain a cautious stance. It's over after the QPR game!

Every player has to die for that shirt Sunday, we are so,so close we can nearly touch the trophy.
Please don't let it slip now, I don't know how I would cope.

But if they all die on Sunday what side are we going to put out for QPR?
We've got good enough reserves for QPR
shut the fuck up and don't be so arrogant, cos we don't

Cant believe some people on here and in media writing off QPR saying that last game is a formality.

Do they really think Hughes and his QPR team will just roll over when they will need something to survive. That's the biggest banana skin if I have ever seen one.

2 difficult games and both need to be given the same level of respect and concentration if we are to succeed.
