Big sentences them was expecting 12 months or CS, hopefully a deterrent for others thinking of jumping on the motorway it's unnecessary.

Just read up on this verdict. I'm not the biggest fan of the way JSO operates but this verdict sets a very very dangerous precedent.
Reading the way judge Hehir handled the whole case, it sounds like there should be a re-trial. Got to be grounds to launch an appeal to the CPS.
I wouldn't mind but the prison system doesn't need 4 or 5 non-violent people in there.

Maybe the cap fits, but achieves nothing. Probably the contrary because it just reinforces division.
