where did the myth that the planet is sustainable develop?
The suffragettes were the biggest domestic terrorist group in British history.
They burned down houses, placed bombs in parks and postboxes, tried to kill the PM (one threw an axe at him and narrowly missed hitting another MP).
They tried to burn down the royal theatre in Dublin in the middle of a sold out performance, which would have killed hundreds.
They set fire to a train as it went into Harrow station, they fucked up signals trying to make trains crash.
They invented the letter bomb and sent them to dozens of high profile politicians including the PM, whose house they nearly burned down.
They tried to burn down the all England tennis club aka Wimbledon.
They tried to bomb the 1913 FA Cup final at Crystal Palace’s ground.
All in all 250 of them were arrested and they killed half a dozen people and injured dozens more.
The reason Arsenal moved away from South London? The suffragettes burned down their stadium.
In May 1913 alone they carried out 52 bombings and many more were foiled. All completely erased from history because we agree with their cause.
Honestly seeing people getting upset over some people throwing orange powder around is both tragic and hilarious.
Was the crucible fine though? :-)
Fortunately so.
The orange powder would have been much harder to clear up before the invention of the vacuum cleaner.
Before the invention of he vacuum cleaner they'd have been shot, I doubt they would have even tried it.
They didn’t get shot when they tried to assassinate the PM, I don’t think they’d have been in trouble for disrupting snooker.
With a bat in their hand?No issue whatsoever with peaceful protests and let’s be honest, this lot are peaceful.
Any chance of them running on again at Headingly please ;-)
