Just trying out the ignore option

I've only ever put one poster on ignore to save getting another ban. Another poster I didn't have the option of ignoring but I don't have that problem now. I'm good as gold nowadays(whatever the fuck that means)

I'd rather post as I want to (for amusement) but I can't, such is the sterile state of off topic these days: /

Thou shall not vape :)

I've tried to ignore myself, but this voice keeps whining in my ear.

Never have never will. Reading some of the shite some posters come out with is quite therapeutic and my forum experience is all the better for it. I imagine I’m on a couple of people’s though :-)

I think it’s a very mature thing as odd as it sounds. Constant arguing can be bad for a forum so it’s a case of out of sight out of mind.

Obviously as a last resort and it can restore harmony in an instant

I have two people on ignore, I just don't enjoy "billy big blue" preaching by someone I don't find particularly intelligent. For discussion to be valid, someone needs to try to make an argument. even if totally wrong ones, it's ok, I can deal with that. but if it is just paroles and look how big blue I am, I don't give a shit and don't have time for that.

I don't see some threads in their respective subforums, so guess I've been ignored by few too. That's fine :)

It's cool enough option. Forums are for discussions and I always enjoyed them, used to be serious veteran in many main local ones, though this is the single one I write on these days as I'm getting into fucking old **** stage of my life and can't bother anymore, but just as in real life, there are certain personalities you don't enjoy and don't care about their inputs and hanging out with them. And at times, not liking each others leads to constant bitching so it's not fair to other users to read that shit all the time. Ignore helps everyone in such moments.
