I don’t know how you can make such a judgment on THB yet: he's still only 18, and as we all know, central defenders seem to develop later than other positions.4-5 years and these will both be well established defenders. Unfortunately it's likely both will leave use in the next 2-3 years after more loan spells so someone else is likely to benefit.
I think it's more likely the generation behind them will benefit most from a successful Laporte Koulibaly partnership.
However, my statement on Tosin was more in hope than expection.
Better for him to play every week and get clogged by Cardiff, Stoke and Barnsley or stay at City and improve by coming on as a sub with better players around him?Apparently Bournemouth have asked about taking Taylor Harwood-Bellis on loan for next season. They also like Toisin

We didn't 'take' him. We paid them for him, and paid well.
I think for thb perhaps a good loan move. Tosin either gets loaned to a PL side, or sold.
