Koulibaly would be stupid to burn bridges so I wouldn't put too much weight on that statement. You simply won't get out of Napoli if you start forcing it, Just makes it worse. ADL would probably "punish" him by not selling
If we are chasing him then he is clearly open to move. Napoli is just difficult to negotiate with.

I think it’s just the cost from our side mate. We don’t like going above £60m it seems and the better CB’s in the world currently are going to cost more that it seems.
I feel like the Mangala comparisons are a bit lazy.
They have nothing in common at all as footballers.

Yes, but we desperately need great central defenders so if we’re ever breaking our transfer record, it’s now we need to. I just wish this guy was 25. I’m sure he has 4-5 great years left in him but if we’re unlucky, he might be peaking now and it’s downhill from here. We haven’t exactly been lucky with our defensive reinforcements so far.

Realistically 2 to 3 seasons at world class level and depending on wear and tear 2 or 3 more at PL level. It's borderline depressing that certain people still instinctively contextualise a player based off their ethnicity.
But I better pipe down before someone tells me how they're both big, bald centrebacks, that the colour of their skin has nothing to do with the comparison and how I'm the real racist for even bringing it up.

You must know what an offside line is. Koulibaly and Hysaj play the line perfectly - you will notice Koulibaly actually starts to follow the runner and then stops - and Maksimovic is playing everyone onside.
The chance happening is his fault.

Wasn't even a goal mate, nothing to see here.
Has he been good for several seasons, though? Genuine question. I have never really noticed his name before this season.Ruben Dias would be another big gamble. Diego Carlos is probably the best bet if not Koulibaly.
