I appreciate transfer saga's can be dragged out for a long period of time, but why haven't we aimed to wrap up other targets such as LB and CM or forward player?
We seem to be laying all our eggs in one basket in the hope of acquiring Koulibaly and then looking to move on to other targets from there.
This Koulibaly saga seems to be dictating our entire transfer strategy.

I actually would prefer Carlos. I know he had a poor game against Wolves but Varane had an utter shit show against us and he’s regarded by many as being one of the best in the world. Carlos seems to be good in the duels, decent on the ball, he’s rapid, a unit and at 27 is at a good age to still improve. KK from a few years ago would have been an immense signing but he’s definitely not that player anymore.
