He would not make the Leeds first team right now , too slow .It’s just not working out for the lad. Pride has taken a hit and now he is looking lost playing for West Ham. Hopefully for his sake he can try to get a run going and a good pre season otherwise we might struggle to shift him. He needs to get his head down and stop looking for people to blame. Can see a return to Leeds in the championship.

I feel really sorry for him. I hope he gets his career back on track.

He'd be lucky to get in the Dog and Duck pub team at the moment. He needs to stop fucking crying and doing interviews for a media that will twist it to an anti Pep whine, get fit, keep his fucking head down, get serious and play football.

Hard to see where he goes for the rest of the season. He’s cooking his goose at WHU, and Moyes is already on borrowed time, but if he comes back he’s not even in the squad!?!
England has to be a fleeting memory for him at this point, so going home with his tail between his legs seems like his only option. Question is, can Leeds afford to buy him and would they even want to?

Txiki fall in love with him, and we probably had to negotiate his fee down to 45m from who knows what amount.
feels like he really doesnt want to be bought by WHU and making sure they decide against it.
could be like a plan of us allowing him back to poor promoted Leeds in a heavily cut price deal for something like 10m.
even worse, a loan with us paying part of his salary.
one thing is sure we can afford flops like this less and less in next couple years as rivals will imo get much stronger (likes of Chelsea, rags imo)
