Based on what @mattyb said earlier, saying we are offering player + cash and having that rejected and that this could rumble on, I see us just looking in another direction soon as we can’t afford to not sign anyoneI think we are aware he wants us and the deal is very possible.

Sounds like it happens though. They went to the well for Grealish and didn’t flinch. If Pep specifically wants Phillips it’ll get done imo.
