Pep doesn’t trust him at all. If a decent offer comes in, take it. He’s old and injury prone, even if he has a decent season we won’t make a profit. I’d just take the money & wish him well, seems a nice lad but not up to our standard.It's not pointless if he has a great year at a club where he will play tons more minutes than here.

If they are great players and good people brilliant, but you can't have a poor player and make the excuse that he is a "great" guy.Yes, this "nice guy" stuff is getting tiresome. Richard Edghill was and is a great bloke but it didn't stop him getting abuse when he played poorly.

I really wanted Phillips to work out at City he seems like a good down to earth lad.
Two games in the Premier League season and hasn't got a kick. Rodri was running on fumes on Saturday night and still Phillips couldn't get a game. He didn't even get a run out for the Community Shield.
The writing is on the wall he's not going to get game time.
