Best of luck to the lad.
He had a good half in that awful defeat in the CC at Southampton. Thanks Kalvin. Will never forget the goal that you.... err, will never forget the tackle that.... ummmm, will never forget the game where you.... hmmmm.
I hope he does. Then we might get a decent fee for him. Good luck to the kid.Wilder has recently got a tune out of Patrick Bamford who was frozen out at Leeds. Maybe he can work wonders with Kalvin Philips and get him to do a decent physical job in their midfield. Hope it works out for him.
Got stuck in Decathalon Stockport buying new boots I finkAll jokes aside, I hope he does well.
I assume he's not eligible tonight, as he's not in the squad, I expect he was signed too late.
Sent off for every club he's been on loan at, something tells me he's not happy actually having to go onto a pitch.Just got sent off.........

Wilder strikes me as old school, someone who sends out his team to "get stuck in".![]()
Sheffield United 'not reckless' despite Kalvin Phillips red card in derby, says Chris Wilder
Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder does not believe his side are "reckless" despite Kalvin Phillips being the latest player to be sent off.www.bbc.co.uk
Seems to be happy doing what he's doing. And, to be fair, I would probably be happy with that, at his wages.![]()

You're forgetting - there's "good money" and then there's what we signed Kalvin up to (still not his fault btw).Im just shocked a professional football players (who's already minted) doesnt want to play football. He should be angling for a move to anywhere that will take him. Hed still get a decent move on good money. So its just down to motivation?
He shouldn’t but he still should taken more professional pride in his loan moves. He was a huge letdown at Ipswich, West Ham and now has had a poor start to his loan at Sheffield Utd. Being sent off at all three raises suspicions and there was questions over his fitness at West Ham, which we saw before in January 2023 when he came back from not being at the World Cup overweight. You're forgetting - there's "good money" and then there's what we signed Kalvin up to (still not his fault btw).
I've said previously in this thread - no-one is offering him anything close to what we signed upto currently.
The guy has his, and his family's, future to take into account so why would he walk away from money he's owed??
