I get not being able to pronounce a new player's name, but yeah, it pisses me off when they still don't know how to pronounce a player who's been in the league for years. There are still commentators who pronounce it Gundogan with a g sound for the second g. I mean you don't have to put on a full on foreign accent or anything, but this is pretty basic stuff. It shows a lack of respect to still get someone's name wrong who's being playing in England for over 5 years.

Matches what Tim Vickery and Google translate Portuguese (it's the Brazilian style of Portuguese) call him.

Most people still pronounce Brazilian names beginning with R wrong. R is like a hotel H in both Portugal and Brazil versions of the Portuguese language.
