He tries to be like Mourinho, but he's a long way off considering he's a Class A twat without any managerial experience or ablility.
 
Yea he's just the same as Mourinho except he lacks any talent, humour, charisma or looks

Don't know why evryone's crawling up his arse, he's talking shit and is clearly very bitter about something
