Totally agree with this, he should have played this season not farmed out to the back of beyond, he was on fire pre season and he should be starting next season alongside Vinny with Otamendi rotated between the pair of them so they can get the rest they need to maintain their fitness and focus, also to reduce the risk of Injuries..

Dave Watson played centre half for us in the 1970's, I assume somewhere along the time line between then and 2016, the term Centre Back was created. I suppose inside and outside forwards don't exist any more.

Mangala just ahead of Otamendi. If you could be certain that they understood Vinnies injuries and could do something about them, then it would be him obviously, but I think we're beyond that now so go for Mangala as I think he can be coached to be better and dependent on bringing a leader type to play alonsgside.
