From what I’ve read and seen, Durham Police investigated it when the original video emerged (as anybody else seen it) and quickly shut the case down as there was no evidence of wrong doing. Then, when Partygate is killing the current government, those who are under scrutiny point the finger and the media report it as if it is being investigated again, even though the force has stated that it is not.

Very similar to every other story that hits the media when Johnson and Co come under fire, dead cat headlines to distract from the real issues which does nothing to drive the country forward.

I don’t dismiss it, I take what I read with a pinch of salt but when the Police force say that they have investigated and found nothing then what more is there to see?

Now, if what some media outlets are saying and it is reinvestigated, and they are found to have done wrong, then I’m more than prepared to accept the outcome, just as I would if it was for any other part of the house.

Does anybody know why there was a discrepancy over Rayner being there, genuine error or trying to hide something? Unsure why there would be a need to lie or are there pictures of her doing a Sharon Stone to Starmer’s flashy sunglasses.

It's an interpretation I suppose. Not sure how many people watching that will be nodding along thinking Lammy's played a blinder there and it's all part of tactical masterplan.

I'd guess a fair few more were thinking look at Lammy there shouting from the sidelines about a Tory policy while offering nothing of substance, bar a few vague promises and offer up the windfall tax as some sort of magic bullet.

The photo is being run in the paper trying to push for an investigation by Durham Police ( which has already been done twice ) but in the absence of any actual proof they publish a 7 year old photo and crop out a guy who died 3 years ago

You can pretend they’re all the same as much as you want. The police have investigated both and think otherwise, and they’re in the process of investigating dozens more Downing Street “work events”.
This attempt to tar Starmer with the same brush is desperate and counterproductive when they start using 3 year old photos of him to try and prove it.
