Keir Starmer

Labour losing hull council speaks volumes for me. They’re completely losing their vote/ old working class support base outside of London. A lot of the northern Labour councils in particular are horrendous

the London Labour Party

Did Durham Police do anything about Dominic Cummings?

No. So shut up then and go away and catch real criminals.

Despite DC later admitting to telling lies and the fact that witnesses to his wrongdoing were ordinary members of the public were not photographers and journalists employed by newspapers.

In Stockport Labour made no gains and actually lost seats to the Lib Dems. Similar picture across the north west - ie Labour not really making gains

See beergate is being reinvestigated by Durham cops.
If Keith gets a fine and resigns this could prove very difficult for BloJo.
If the investigation clears him again he's in a much stronger position.
I think the Tories might be worried now.
It might have been better for them if no new investigation had been called. They could then have continued to sling mud around and call Keith a hypocrite.
But now?
We will see.
As for Labour a new more electable leader could benefit them.
A cleared Keith would put him in a stronger position.
Worse case scenario is he receives an FPN but doesn't resign.

It can only go one of two ways

1/ Durham Police come to the same conclusion as before and explain why - backfired
2/ They find something and issue Starmer with a FPN so he resigns saying its the only honourable course for a party leader - all eyes on Johnson - backfired
Or the third way they find he was doing the same thing he preaches against.
We then think they are all the same it ruins starmers position and people vote for Boris In the next election
If the labour leader and deputy are both found to be huge hypocrites it will not be a positive thing!

Do you have anyone in mind?

Well it’s Friday night guys.
I’m sat here eating a curry and having a few hard earned beers
Rest assured once I have finished I’m doing a few pieces to Camera and then checking my emails.
Time to live the dream!!

Interview with a woman in Bolton who says she can't vote labour now as the leader is a Sir, and that's not working class.

Hate to say it, but you sometimes think these people deserve what they get..
Demonstrates my earlier point about the right wing media always calling him “Sir Keir” to try and distance him from the working class.

It's a shame the sections of the media who are so desperate to find wrong doing in the Kier Starmer stuff weren't half as critical of Johnson and Co for their actual, proven rule breaking. Some will fall for it and others, will see it for what it is, a pathetic attempt to prop up the worst prime minister in history.

Did you read the 2nd point?
