Well, Carlos Vela was the top scorer and won the Adidas Golden Boot in the U17 World Cup in 2005, but wasn't granted a work permit before 2008. I reckon we may see something similar happen with Kelechi. Loan(s) abroad for two or three seasons, before returning to us. Hope not, though. Soule Coulibaly won it and signed for Spurs more recently, I don't think he'll have an issue, particularly if we plan to play him in our first team.
