He might be a nice person off the field and he came over well in the interview. But on the field he is one of the worst cheats I have ever seen. He never stopped diving or fouling defenders. There are those who will say he was a "clever" player. To me he was a cheat.

He was 'clever' cos he fooled most of the refs most of the time and got the free kick for his foul on the defender!

i was listening to talk sport today and they are having a 3rd day debate about poor kevin davies, how loyal he is, how he deserves a testimonial etc. i think i must live on a different planet. he will be worth several million, has been paid to play football. Is a mediocre player and meanwhile the rest of the country slaves away for peanuts in comparison. A nurse earns in one year what poor Kevin Davies earns in week. Very funny interview on Radio Manchester tonight with Phil Gartside, Chairman at Bolton. He referred to his previous interview, last week, with Adrian Durham (Talksport) and called him 'a prick'!

He then went on to say he wouldnt apologise but then did say sorry! He was right about Durham being a prick, I heard the original interview and Durham was a disgrace. He wouldnt have talked to Shakin Bacon like he did Gartside.
