Which bars are close to the de bruyne mural in town?
I'm in northern quarter on Saturday so going to go and see it but can't think where it is. I know it's on the corner of High street and thomas street but I'm no good with street names so need a bar that I've been in before to find it.

Just watched it on the City website and pretty sure of current players there was no tribute from Kovacic, Walker (i know he's currently not in the squad), Savinho and McAtee, and none of the January intake. The first 2 are surprising, but the others less so i guess.

As to former players, David Silva perhaps most surprising, but also no Yaya, Otamendi, and as you say Clichy, Jesus among others. And Mendy, lol.

And was Pep there?
Maybe they were busy, does it matter?

Bay horse is literally next door, good Sunday dinners in there

You may be a geographical pedant but your political knowledge is shit. The move of the likes of Altrincham, Sale, etc. and also Stockport and Cheadle Hulme from Cheshire to Greater Manchester was legislated in 1972 by a Tory Government.
I stand politically corrected...
Left, right, shake it all about...

Bay Horse Tavern just around the corner on Thomas Street

I wonder if Kev is coming back in a coaching role in the future?

I feel even though he's finished with us as a player he may return in the future.
I was surprised to read that he was taking his coaching badges. He once said that he had no interest in football when he wasn’t playing and would rather watch Peppa Pig with his kids than a football match.

I suspect that Gundogan is probably ahead of him in the queue of current or former players looking for a coaching rule.

it amused me when Rodri said that he had studied Pep and Begiristain and come to the conclusion that Director of Football was a much better job than managing when it comes to preserving ones sanity. I wonder if Kev might be better suited personality wise to that role.
